On every tour clients will be sent an itinerary the day before they are taken out. On the day clients are collected by their relocation consultant and driven round prospective areas, however in some cases a chauffeur will be arranged.
We understand that finding a new home is one of the most important aspects of any relocation. Our rental search service is designed to make the whole process as hassle and as stress free as possible. We always try to fit in at least 6 property viewings per rental search and these properties will be based on your specific needs and requirements.
Before we begin a rental search we highly recommend an orientation tour of potential locations as it’s a great way for your employee and their family to view different locations and sample housing within their budget so they can get an idea of where they would prefer to live and how far their budget achieves within desired locations. If they have children we can include a couple of visits to suitable schools too.
