Trading with Prosperty Group Limited is subject to these Terms and Conditions. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Prosperty Group Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with Company Number 13131891 whose registered office is 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT.
The terms “you”, “your” and “investor” refer to any individual, company or business to whom we provide our services by any means including, but not limited to, email, telephone, face-to-face contact, postal correspondence or via our website https://www.prospertygroup.co.uk.
Please note that any refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of signing the Terms and Conditions. After the expiry of the refund policy, we will offer a replacement property only.
If the property falls through due to unforeseen circumstances with the property or vendor, we will replace the property to one of a similar nature providing similar returns within 3 months, or provide a full refund of the fee minus a standard £225 admin fee.
If you decide to pull out of the property deal, we will offer a full refund of the fee paid, minus our standard £225 admin fee. If you make any attempt to deal directly with the vendor or estate agent, you agree to compensate us to the amount of £3,000 for our work in finding, researching and securing the property.
If the property falls through due to you being rejected for a mortgage or for any other legal/personal issues there will be no refund issued. We will hold your fee on account and provide a like-for-like replacement if you are able to obtain a mortgage within 6 months of singing the original Terms & Conditions.
After the expiry of the refund period we offer a replacement property only.
