With you every step of the way

We don’t just source the property and leave the client to it, we act on behalf of the investor and carry the project to its conclusion by managing the project from start to finish.

1. The Initial Consultation
In the first instance, we will setup a no-obligation consultation meeting to discuss your investment requirements. Based on what you share with us, we will send you an email summarising our conversation and proposed next steps, if you wish to proceed. 
2. Qualification & Compliance

Once we have agreed terms & discussed your property requirements, we need to carry out some due diligence where you will need to fill out our Know Your Customer form, sign our Terms of Business and Non Disclosure Agreement documents. 

3. Finding a Property Deal

We commit to finding you a property that aligns to your criteria and investment strategy within 6 weeks. When we find a property that is a good match, we’ll package it up into an easily readable and digestible report and send it to you for your approval. 

4. The Purchase

When you believe we have found the right property for you, we will work towards securing it directly with the seller or the agent at the best possible price. Once the offer has been accepted, we will then initiate the sales process.

5. Refurbishment & Management

For deals that require a refurbishment, we can appoint builders to carry out the works. We offer a project management service that you can opt for to ensure your project completes on time and on budget. 

6. Letting or Reselling

We provide a complete service, supporting you in every step of the process. With our strong relationships with letting and estate agents, you can have peace of mind when it comes to letting or selling your property.

You will receive our weekly email – if you like any of the featured properties, follow the instructions to get in touch.

STEP 2

We’ll call you to discuss details of the property, e.g. room sizes, proposed refurbishment, location, etc.

STEP 3

If you’d like to proceed, we’ll send over the T&Cs and an invoice for the finder’s fee.  Once we’ve received these we’ll arrange a call to disclose the full property details.

STEP 4

We will pass your contact details onto the selling agent who will get in touch with you to request your documents.

STEP 5

The property will be marked as Sold Subject To Contract, and the purchase will go through in the normal process.

STEP 6

We will step back and let you deal directly with the agent – but we’ll always be on hand to answer any questions!
