This will lead to us managing, executing, and supervising all the work required for the project from inception to completion. 

We will use our network of excellent mortgage brokers, top-rated solicitors, and experienced tradesmen together with our knowledge and drive to complete the project within the specified deadline and specified GDV projection. Once the project is complete, we will look to either sell or refinance on your behalf depending on the financial strategic plan. If neither is applicable, we will be setting up the project/property so it will be ready to generate an income.
